I am an IT support candidate based in Markham, Ontario, with a strong interest in technical support, system administration, networking, and Microsoft cloud technologies.

Through hands-on lab projects, I have been building practical experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and networking fundamentals. My projects include user and group management, shared folder permissions, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 administration, VLANs, subnetting, basic routing, and network troubleshooting workflows.

I also have workplace experience supporting classroom and office technology, including computers, projectors, printers, Zoom setup, and common technical issues. This experience has helped me become more comfortable troubleshooting under pressure and communicating clearly with non-technical users.

My previous experience in multimedia design helped me develop a detail-oriented and organized working style. I now apply those strengths to IT support, troubleshooting, documentation, and communicating technical information clearly.

I am currently looking for IT Support, Help Desk, or Junior IT opportunities where I can continue learning, support users, and contribute to a reliable technology environment.
